xcode - Let other user to debug my iOS app -

what easiest option let debug app's source code on macbook? must registered developer in apple portal, or registering device udid enough? can send him developer provisioning profile contains device or should export certificate keychain (.p12) , send him?

just send him source code. able open , run other programs.. if want go more controlled use eg github sharing code.
