Wordpress theme showing blank page and wp-admin show PHP code -

i upload site on godaddy , site showed blank page. configurations have been done properly.

the same site has been uploading on hosting account working fine.

url not working: http://workshop.planvisionmn.com

the main page blank, when u try access wp-admin shows php code never happened me before.

note: tried rename plugin`s disable them , check if reason issue persisted.
