Oracle cascade remove only when last reference was deleted -

i modeling db shema oracle db

there object man.
object man references object address
there may multiple man referencing same address

how can make oracle cascade remove entry corresponsing object address, object man referencing it. but if last man referencing given 'address'?

you need use trigger.
